#  Can I reach you by phone and what is your phone number? [Top
    As a way to cut costs and provide truly affordable web hosting we do not offer phone technical support, but we do provide very effective e-mail support. We handle all support problems via e-mail and committed to 24 hours problem resolution time. We decided against keeping a semi trained person 24 hours next to the phone and hired a number of highly knowledgeable engineers on call to provide support via e-mail.

#  How long do I have to wait for my site to be up after I sign up? [Top
    Your account will be created within 24 hours and you will be able to ftp to your site right after you receive an e-mail from 4BusinessHosting with information about your new account.

If you first register a domain name with 4BusinessHosting, it usually takes from 24 hours to one week to complete your registration.

If you will be transferring a domain name to our servers, you should be prepared to wait about one week for a domain registrar to process your transfer and for DNS to propagate over the Internet (all ISPs need this time to update their name servers to point to your new site). 4Businessosting is not responsible for your domain transfer/registration process if you have not registered your domain with us and after the 30-days trial period you will be charged for the services received from 4BusinessHosting whether or not your domain transfer was ever completed.

#  Do you have a reseller program? [Top
    No, but we do have a referral program. If a new customer tells us you sent them, you get a free month of hosting! We are working on a reseller program though!
#  Can I host a web site that will include small sites of my clients/my friends/people I know? [Top
    We do not allow our customers to host multiple independent web sites with a "single" 4BusinessHosting account because by doing that they are competing with us by providing web hosting to their clients on our server without investment in hardware, software, technical support and Internet connection. We do not feel that this is a fair competition, that's why we do not allow subhosting. You are free to create as many accounts as you want and at our prices you can afford that. Plus you can receive one month of free hosting for each new account you refer to 4BusinessHosting.
#  I own several domain names and want them all point to the same site. Can you do that and how much do I have to pay? [Top
    If you have an account with 4BusinessHosting, we can point as many domains to it as you want. We will charge you a $50 non-refundable one-time setup fee for each extra domain, but no hosting charges besides the set up fee. If you are using Front Page extensions and have active elements on your site (such as forms and counters), they will only work with the primary domain name on your account. This is the shortcoming of MS FrontPage extensions by design and 4BusinessHosting cannot remedy this problem.

    The uptime of 4BusinessHosting servers is more than 99% and we strive to provide faster and reliable connection at all times. We are very sensitive to our customers' needs and ready to respond to specific customer requests and committed to 24 hours problem resolution time.
#  What kind of system are you running on your servers? [Top
    We are running Windows 2000 Advanced Server with IIS v5.0 for our HTTP server. Our Email server is IMail, we use ServU for our FTP server and we offer MS-SQL servers also.
#  Will my .asp, Windows .exe, or Access files work on your servers? [Top
    Yes! .asp scripts work just fine, if you need Access Database access we can set this up for you for an additional fee.
#  What if I want to switch to a plan with more features later? [Top
    You can upgrade to another plan at any time and your fees will be prorated ($20 minimum). In addition, you should notify 4BusinessHosting Support about which features (such as access or secure server) you want enabled on your account.
#  Do I have to own a domain name to host with 4BusinessHosting? [Top
    Absolutely not! Save the $25 you will have to pay for a domain and have a URL myname.4businesshosting.com with the same features we offer for domains. Your e-mail addresses will be something.myname@4businesshosting.com.
#  Do I have to register a domain name I want before I sign up with 4BusinessHosting? [Top
    Please check for domain availability first. If your domain name still available, you can register it before or after ordering from us as long as you follow our registration instructions and include 4BusinessHosting DNS information in your domain record.
#  Can you host international domains? [Top
     We host many international domains, but you will have to handle the registration/transfer process yourself with your local registrar.

#  Do you impose traffic limits? [Top
    4BusinessHosting imposes very generous traffic limits that most sites never reach, unless they offer shareware, sound, video, image and multimedia archives, are mirror sites or any site whose primary purpose is file distribution. Our monthly traffic limits are 1Gb for Plan A, 3Gb for Plan B, 5GB for Plan C, and 8GB for Plan D. We will charge a small fee of $8 per month for each additional gigabyte of traffic rounded up to the next GB.
#  Can I have e-mail addresses for my domain? [Top
    Of course! When you place your order you will be asked what email addresses you want, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to create and manage your email accounts. Depending on what host package you choose you will have from 3 to 25 email address available. If you need additional email addresses they cost $2.00 per month, you can request them here.
