| If you are registering new domain or transferring existing domain to our servers, your domain registration or transfer must be completed for FrontPage extensions to work. If you just received an e-mail from us stating that your domain registration is completed, you usually have to wait till 7 PM EST next day for registration to complete. If you just received an e-mail from us stating that your domain transfer is completed, you will have to wait 3-5 days until DNS changes propagate all over the Internet. |

| You are not supposed to.
Please, publish to http://www.yourdomain.com, depending on your account configuration. If your domain is not registered or not transferred to us yet, you can have FrontPage to use FTP protocol to publish. Please, note, that in this case FrontPage active elements (counters, forms, search) will not work.
To use FTP to publish
- Connect to the Internet.
- Open your page in FrontPage.
- In main menu click "File".
- Click "Publish Web...".

- In the "Publish Web" window type our server name (like ftp://www.yourdomain.com
- Do not put ftp://www.4businesshosting.com/loginname and don't forget to include ftp://.
- Click "Publish" button.
- You will be prompted for your login name and password to start publishing. NOTE: both are case-sensitive.

| If your domain is registered or transferred and propagated, most probably, your browser uses cached copy of your page stored on your disk instead of fetching changed pages from server. To force your browser to re-download page from the Web, hold Shift Key and press Reload button (in Internet Explorer: Ctrl-Refresh). If that did not work, make sure you named your home page index.html (lower case). |
