| When replying to Network Solutions you must include the original message and not as an attachment. You should set your outgoing messages to Plain Text, not HTML and Plain Text. If you are an AOL customer, you will first need to select and copy the entire message from Network Solutions and then hit "Reply" and paste that message in that new window. |

| Please check your domain record first. If your domain record still points to an old host, but you have received Network Solutions messages, you were given a tracking number by Network Solutions. Please go to their site to check on your domain transfer status using that number. Please note that if you registered your domain with a registrar other than Network Solutions, such as Register.com or NameSecure.com, you need to contact your registrar directly. If you don't know what registrar registered your domain, check your domain record and find your registrar's web site for transfer instructions.

Why is 4BusinessHosting listed as Technical Contact for my domain in Network Solutions? |
[Top] |
| This is necessary to ensure that we can make proper changes to your domain setup in case we make certain changes to our name servers. If you choose to list yourself as a Technical Contact for your domain, we cannot guarantee that your domain will function properly after such changes. |
I completed the domain registration or transfer, uploaded my site, but I cannot see my new site on the web? |
[Top] |
| First you need to clear your browser cache: open your web site while online, click "Reload"/"Refresh" button while holding down a "shift" key (in Internet Explorer: "Ctrl"-"Refresh"). If you still don't see any changes, then the process of propagation has not been completed yet, i. e. not all ISPs have updated their name servers to point to the new location of your site. You don't have to do anything, just wait few days for the changes to take effect.
If you see a blank welcome page instead of your site, this means that you named you home page something other than index.html, as it is supposed to be named. All you have to do then is delete or rename the existing index.html file in your root directory and name your homepage index.html. Note that all file names are case-sensitive.

I own several domain names and want them all point to the same site. Can you do that and how much do I have to pay? |
[Top] |
| If you have an account with 4BusinessHosting, we can point as many domains to it as you want. We will charge you a $30 non-refundable one-time setup fee for each extra domain, but no hosting charges besides the set up fee. If you are using FrontPage extensions and have active elements on your site (such as forms and counters), they will only work with the primary domain name on your account. This is the shortcoming of MS FrontPage extensions by design and 4BusinessHosting cannot remedy this problem. |
Can I have e-mail addresses for my domain? |
[Top] |
| Of course! When you place your order you will be asked what email addresses you want, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to create and manage your email accounts. Depending on what host package you choose you will have either 3 or 8 email address available. If you need additional email addresses they cost $2.00 per month, you can request them here. |
